I really like NAKIVO Backup & Replication for its striking simplicity without sacrificing power. The initial setup was relatively simple and convenient, with no difficulties or challenges. I also appreciate the Screenshot Verification feature, which, although a small feature, has a massive psychological impact. After a backup job runs, NAKIVO can automatically boot the VM from the backup file in an isolated environment, take a screenshot of the OS loading, and log the result. It lacks tight integration with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk for automated ticket creation on backup failures, unlike larger competitors. I really like NAKIVO Backup & Replication's Flash Restore feature, which helped us quickly determine if the restore point was clean from ransomware. The Immutability feature offers assurance that we are protected from good backups being wiped out. The cost is also a huge plus—it is 10 times less than our previous option. I appreciate its configurability as we are not limited by software restrictions or poor features, making it very robust. Most importantly, the live phone or Google Meet support with a software engineer is invaluable. Setting it up was very easy as NAKIVO assisted via Google Meets.
