Planning, digital work orders, time tracking, quotes, invoicing and a complete built-in accounting module live in one system, so nothing has to be retyped between the field and the office. Key capabilities: - Planning board (drag-and-drop dispatching) with recurring maintenance that schedules itself, skill-based assignment and travel-distance suggestions from the AI planner. - Digital work orders on any phone or tablet: hours, materials, photos, checklists and the customer's signature on site. No app store needed, works in the browser. - Time tracking, leave and rosters, mileage registration and tool/inventory management. - Quotes, projects with real-time progress and post-calculation, subcontractors in the same planning. - Invoicing straight from approved work orders, e-invoicing via Peppol and a full accounting module (VAT returns, bank reconciliation, XAF audit file, purchase invoices). - Objects and installations: a file per installation, building or location with service history, maintenance contracts and SLAs, inspections and certifications (for example NEN 3140). - Ticketing system and customer portal in your own branding. - Built-in AI: an AI receptionist that answers every call 24/7 and turns it into a ticket with summary and priority, and an AI assistant that drafts replies, work order texts and management reports. All AI runs on Najavo's own servers in the EU and customer data is never used for model training. Najavo is modular: you only activate the modules you need and pay per user per month (modules from EUR 3 to EUR 15 per user per month, for example work orders EUR 9 and AI assistant EUR 9).
