Recognition, good work environment, and an intuitive tool that can add a lot of value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nailted?

Currently, I don't dislike anything, perhaps that it is not a broader tool to better cover other areas, for example: performance evaluation, personnel files... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding being a broader platform, it truly is. We have modules for People Analytics, 1:1, performance evaluation with 360º and 180º check-ins.

What do you like best about Nailted?

Easy to use, it allows you to identify strengths and improvement areas anonymously. It has a simple UI, and for our company, the integration with Slack works excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
