**What do you like best about N2K Certify?**

I liked that they offered many different platforms to refine my skills in my new career that is focused around data analysis and research.  We use Oracle and Cisco and of course all Microsoft softwares, so it was a one stop shop to be able to learn more.

**What do you dislike about N2K Certify?**

I would have liked for there to be more ways to hone in our SQL knowledge/skills.

**What problems is N2K Certify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to use Kaplan as a study reference and refining our skills in our IT team.  We use Kaplan in our industry as a "learning center" and our company pays for any additional prolonged learning that may be useful for the job.

Kaplan self test works good for people looking to study at their own pace.

**What do you dislike about N2K Certify?**

It can be difficult to transition into different study areas.

Being able to make ourselfs more prepared for daily work with learning more.

**What do you like best about N2K Certify?**

the channel that it features.the study plan dashboard when you sign on and the text banks it provides. I like that it will deduct the hours that you are putting into it and will let you know how many hours you should be spending overall per section and per chapter. I also like how it follows the class and gives you the details on where and went the class will be and the chapters that will be covered in case I forget.

**What do you dislike about N2K Certify?**

that you cant zoom in on the app when you are watching a live channel or a recoding of it. The flashcard app has terrible definitions and no pictures; there are not enough worksheets and the class doesn't cover all of the content. it cover just strategies but I would prefer to go over content instead so that I could understand  the material better before focusing on the strategy. It makes you really a ton of chapters and then in class you dont even go over it. it doesn't make any sense. 

**Recommendations to others considering N2K Certify:**

it would be nice to have live chat instead of having to call someone when you need something and be put on hold for like an hour for a simple question. I would have more tutors available on line for the channels and also have a better flashcard application. I wold recommend putting more videos on the high yield topics because they are the most important on the mcat and the book does not always do a good job at explaining or depicting the information necessary for us to understand the material well.

**What problems is N2K Certify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to use it but sometimes I have trouble loading the page and there aren't enough videos for the high yield material. There doesn't seem to be improving and I dont know what else to do other than write this review. it is very expensive and the books don't do a good job at explaining the material. In fact I have found some straight up error in the book and I'm wondering how many things are wrong that I have not caught. it worries me that there is omitted info or wrong information so maybe I should have just picked exam crackers or Princeton review. the channel also has tutors online or behind the scenes but they are not always helpful and just repeat the same thing that the main tutor just said which is clearly not even helpful since I just asked them to explain exactly what they just stated. They also take a while to get back to you and at the point you dont even know if their answer is relevant anymore.m
