We are happy users of Entreprise service since Jan 2021. When we wanted to expand N2F to our sister company in Germany by opting to "Advanced" service, there comes the nightmare. We were reaching out by 2 N2F salesmen, one tried to sell (in a compulsory way) us the remote setting/configuration service 700€; while the other told us it's not obligation and completely up to us. As no much progress with the 2nd saleman, we ended up with accepting taking the 700€ remote setting service. One consultant helped remotely the very sophisticated setting in a half-way, then N2F suddenly announced that we should pay 400€ more (700+400 = 1 100€). We refused this extra fee and insist the contractual price 700€. N2F stops all communication and leave our setting uncomplete since August 2022. We tried to reach them by email, and by registered letter. Except for the invoice of extra cost 400€, N2F didn't reply anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
