What I find most useful in SolarWinds Take Control is the ability to save remote access and all our clients' computers, as well as the variety of possibilities the tool offers, such as file transfer, entering commands in the prompt directly through the console, monitoring processes, hardware, and services. The only problem I have found so far is that the software is a bit heavy when used on a more basic setup (compared to competitors), but this is not an obstacle if used on a computer with average configurations, especially because it demands more from the hardware as the tool has an enormous variety of functions. Of the various tools I have tested, SolarWinds Take Control was definitely the best experience I have ever had using a remote support tool. Of course, there are slightly cheaper software options on the market (there are even free software options), but none compare to SolarWinds in terms of features, quality, and ease of use.
