Also a nice alternative to using VPN to connect to client servers. We had a client with a device that lost trust with the domain and couldn't log in. We recently had an issue where we needed to see what was done in a session by a former employee. Automatic session recording would have been huge in that instance. We are using N-Central and while it allow us to remote connect to many devices, the agent need to be deployed first and many customer doesn`t have the administrative rights on their computer. This is where Take Control is really usefull.
