I have been using Take Control since switching from Logmein and aside from the deep price savings, I am very pleased with the ease of use and the continued product improvement. It's cumbersome setting up new users to give them access to control their computer for work from home situations. The multi monitor support doesn't work well. It takes a long time to connect.
