**What do you like best about N-Able Projects Portal?**

All of the tools are in one portal and it is customized per user.  The customer service is very good though. And we use it evry often.

**What do you dislike about N-Able Projects Portal?**

The MFAis a problem if you need to link more than one account.

**What problems is N-Able Projects Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage multiple projects in one pane of glass and that makes it easier. Plus being cloud based we can do it from anywhere.
