Basically, everything about Passportal is sub-par. It has been down numerous times in the past few years leaving people stranded without being able to access there passwords/documentation/authenticators. The fact that you can use PassPortal as a 2FA provider for accounts makes it so much easier to secure shared administrative funds that most techs would need access to without having to create and manage many accounts multiplied by the number of clients. You're able to store the shared credential in a company vault or in a client profile, and anyone can pull up the 2FA code. I dislike that you can't link a credential as a shortcut in multiple areas in PassPortal, where only one credential is used to manage multiple sites.
