I have had a good experience with it and like the ease of deploying services, scripts, and the ease of managing devices/users. Customer support has been very responsive and promptly resolves my issues. We use N-sight RMM daily and frequently make changes or utilize many of the services inside of RMM like the Take Control. Its ease of integration into our systems was a smooth and painless process. Navigating to the EDR can often times be difficult. Sometimes it will just take very long to load and other times it will not load at all and keeps giving authentication errors.
