The provided documentation, and customer support are top class. **What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?** The web interface is occasionaly slow, and sometimes crashes however there are no issues with the core functionality. **What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailAssure has drastically lowered the amount of time we have to spend dealing with spam-related issues. The product is extremely easy to implement which allows us to easily drop it in to new customer's email setups. ### 3. Support can be slow to respond to issues. **Recommendations to others considering N-able Mail Assure:** Spend time going through the console (test accounts) before going live - many settings are difficult to find. **What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email continuity for our clients with in-house Exchange servers, having a cloud based system scan the mail first keeps the traffic off of their networks. ### 14. Very comfortable with the fact that this keeps history even when user deletes **What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?** It was pretty tricky to get set up initially. A fair bit of configuration tweaks were unclear and not well documented. **Recommendations to others considering N-able Mail Assure:** Its probably best for email administrators with a good deal of experience. **What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helped me with client and FOILs that they needed to respond to. ### 15. It is very easy to use and train new techs on the products. We came from GFI MaxMail, and this product although is a bit different, does offer some great new functionality and is very reliable. **What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?** One thing we used a lot before was the diagnostic information in GFI MaxMail. We could get specific errors back from our mail servers on why the server rejected the message and why mail was being queued. From what I can tell, the functionality is not there in MailAssure. We look forward to improvements as the platform grows. **What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mail Spam Filtering and Malware prevention. ### 17.
