Even someone without any experience in integration can simply look at the guide and be able to do it. I like how fast and easy it is to integrate the domains and mailboxes for Microsoft 365 without complexity. And this is not just for Microsoft 365 but for Google workspace as well. It doesn't have the same level of integration as M365 but setting it up is also quick and easy. Another thing is that the dashboard, with the bar and pie charts is easy to understand so you can quickly analyze the data. **What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?** I am just not comfortable with the way Mail Assure uses MX records to catch emails. As an attacker there are ways to avoid this like direct to IP attacks so I still need to think of a strategy on how to remediate holes like this. **What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am more of a network guy than an email guy so I look for an email solution that is easy to set up and integrate with mailboxes and domains. For mail assure, it is quick and easy to setup without the need for scripts and other complexities in getting domains and mailboxes. ### 2. All of our customers have O365 and the automatic integration is excellent. **What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?** The only thing I would say is lacking is that mail assure doesn't seem to be good at preventing spoofed emails that definitely come from a garbage email address, but the signature on the email matches perhaps the president of the company or another person in a high-level position. This is a huge problem for our customers. **What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** With phishing being a huge risk in the tech world, and something that has impacted many if not all of our customers, having a solution to offer has enabled us to provide a good solution to a major pain point. ### 10. The GUI was definitely designed by an engineer. SolarWinds needs to hire some people from Apple to design their interface. Documentation is fantastic when you can find it. The Knowledge Base is too large. The majority of the documents that are provided are very vague. The documentation explains every text box / drop down box available, but finding a White Paper / Tutorial with step-by-steps is almost impossible. **Recommendations to others considering N-able Mail Assure:** Test Drive it. It's a good product. If you can get past the implementation, it's pretty hands off. **What problems is N-able Mail Assure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spam. Office365 does not do a good job of protecting tenants from other tenants. If spam is coming from another O365 tenant, it would get by our O365 spam filter. It now gets caught in the SolarWinds spam filter. :) Yay! ### 15. It is very easy to use and train new techs on the products. We came from GFI MaxMail, and this product although is a bit different, does offer some great new functionality and is very reliable. **What do you dislike about N-able Mail Assure?** One thing we used a lot before was the diagnostic information in GFI MaxMail. We could get specific errors back from our mail servers on why the server rejected the message and why mail was being queued. From what I can tell, the functionality is not there in MailAssure.
