## MyWorks Sync Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is MyWorks Sync free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, MyWorks Sync offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does MyWorks Sync cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, MyWorks Sync pricing in 2026 starts at $69.00 and can reach $89.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the MyWorks Software's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is MyWorks Sync pricing best suited for?

MyWorks Sync's pricing is best suited for small businesses, which represent the overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers. Industries including wholesale, retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, nonprofits, and food and beverage appear most frequently, typically using WooCommerce paired with QuickBooks Online or Desktop. The free tier fits very low-volume stores testing the integration. G2 reviewers in wholesale and manufacturing gravitate toward paid QuickBooks Desktop tiers for two-way sync and advanced inventory features. The QuickBooks POS tier suits brick-and-mortar retailers needing real-time in-store and online inventory alignment. One enterprise-segment reviewer also praised MyWorks Sync, suggesting scalability beyond small business for straightforward WooCommerce-QuickBooks workflows.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of MyWorks Sync?

MyWorks Sync's free tier covers QuickBooks Online sync for WooCommerce or Shopify but caps monthly order volume at 20 orders and restricts key capabilities including custom field mapping, custom development support, unlimited historical data access, and purchase order syncing to QuickBooks. Setup calls and screenshares are also reserved for paid plans. G2 reviewers note that custom field mapping is a standout feature, making the paid upgrade meaningful for businesses with complex workflows. MyWorks Sync's paid tiers, starting at $69.00/month for QuickBooks Desktop and $89.00/month for QuickBooks POS, unlock full two-way sync, advanced inventory site and bin support, automatic pricing sync, and unrestricted historical data access.

Is MyWorks Sync considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly rate MyWorks Sync at 5.0/5, with the vast majority of small business users describing it as worth every penny. Recurring themes include significant labor savings, elimination of manual data entry errors, and avoided shipping penalties — tangible ROI that reviewers cite repeatedly. A few G2 users note the pricing feels high relative to QuickBooks itself, and one reviewer flagged frustration with order-limit billing when scaling seasonally. However, high ratings alongside cost mentions signal a premium-but-justified investment. Reviewers in wholesale, manufacturing, retail, and nonprofits consistently describe MyWorks Sync's pricing as reasonable given the automation depth, customization, and support quality included.

"Great features, easy to use."

0.5/5

What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?

My Works Sync has been a great time saver and makes it super easy to create products in Quickbooks, import them into Wordpress with WooCommerce, and then create and style the product pages. The workflow seems natural and easy to understand. Syncing the orders and payments is also a great feature and saves a lot of time once you get it all working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?

UPDATE: My recommendation of MyWorks Sync has fallen and I would no longer recommend it based on my recent experience unless they update their billing, integration, plans, and policies.

I have a small business that has been using their Grow plan to sync my WooCommerce store front to Quickbooks Online for several years. We are in the education market which sees an influx in business during August and September of each year and the past two years this caused us to reach the 300 order limit of the Grow plan. I reached out to MyWorks to find a solution to get me through a few weeks of our busy season and was recommended to purchase a monthly Scale plan in addition to our annual Grow plan. I could then switch to the Scale plan when needed and switch back to the Grow plan when the busy month is over which would be cheaper than subscribing to an annual Scale plan which I don't need. The monthly plan could then be cancelled before the end of the month to avoid monthly billing. This all sounded reasonable and so this is what I did.

A few days ago I switched back to our Grow plan and cancelled the monthly Scale plan I had paid for and used for the past 3 weeks. Yesterday my site went down and my orders were no longer syncing. I reached out to MyWorks sync to discover what the issue might be and was informed that because I cancelled and switched back to the Grow plan, all my previous orders were re-registered under the Grow plan pushing me over the 300 order limit. This past month I had a total of ~350 monthly orders. My Grow plan allows for 300 per month and the month of Scale I purchased should cover 1000. Despite having paid for two plans which should allow for 1300 orders to be synced, my integration is no longer working,

I am now out the money I paid for the month of Scale, I received no benefit for purchasing it because all the orders synced under it have been applied to my Grow plan, my website is no longer working and I am having to manually sync orders, and I have spent far more time than I should have trying to troubleshoot, talking to support, buying plans, reconfiguring my website for the new plan, switching it all back, cancelling, more troubleshooting, and I am right back where I started paying for staff to manually create orders unable to use the services I've paid for.

I am currently looking for other solutions that allow for more seamless switching between plans and don't have service halting effects. If you are considering MyWorks Sync as your solution I would only do it if you can guarantee you will be under the limit for the plan you are purchasing. If you are like us and there is a possibility a sale or atypical event pushes you over its a nightmare.

Original Review:

To sync the payments between Woocommerce, Quickbooks, and the Payment Processor requires that the deposit times and the syncing process are all timed appropriately. This timing can be a bit challenging to get to work, but once it's working, it's pretty seemless. There are also alternate ways to accomplish this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?

MyWorks Sync helps us match up our orders coming in through WooCommerce with Quickbooks online, associate the relevant payments coming in through our payment processor, and finally sync our products. When this is functioning well it saves a whole lot of time manually matching things up. It's typically fairly robust but the odd time it needs a little tweaking like daylight savings differences or when our payment processor changes when deposits are made.
