MyWorks took a lot of stress off me managing the inventory for my website. My website is now linked to Quickbooks so I don't have to spend most of my time updating my inventory manually or having to refund for out of stock inventory. This is worth every penny. MyWorks sync allows us to keep our web inventory synced with our in-store inventory in near realtime. It eliminates the need for double entry and keeps us accurate. When we sell in the store it is updated on the website and when we sell on the website it is updated in our POS.

MyWorks has been able to map every custom field we use, including shipping methods, delivery date from a plugin, PO numbers and more. We've even had situations where a mapping wasn't already built into MyWorks, and their support team added it as an enhancement for us within one day.
