Our vision is to save the world from inactivity by providing evidence-based exercise solutions that transform and improve quality of life. Myworkout is pioneering corporate wellness with cutting-edge technology and science-based solutions. Born out of three decades of research, the app Myworkout GO for Business was developed. The Norwegian Directorate of Health has approved the app for measuring biological age in a medical context and has assessed our commitment to privacy and compliance, awarding us top marks across all parameters. Other governments in Europe and North America are set to follow that example. Our wellness program fits all, but is specifically designed to inspire and educate those needing a sustainable lifestyle change. Built on decades of research, we offer the most efficient methods to improve physical fitness and prevent non-communicable diseases. 16 minutes of heavy breathing twice a week is enough to improve health as we age and is designed to seamlessly fit into your lifestyle routine. Implement a scientifically-backed wellness program in your company, proven to prevent and reverse the progression of lifestyle-related diseases. Watch your costs reduce and productivty increase. Host activity campaigns to boost engagement and team spirit. And join the growing number of companies transforming their workforce with Myworkout.
