What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?

I LIKE THE EASE IN WHICH IT TAKES TO GET THE TRANSACTIONS PROCESSED. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FILL OUT EVERY SINGLE LINE AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MANUALLY BALANCE AND BATCH THE TRANSACTIONS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MyVirtualMerchant solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?

What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?

Gives a secure platform with many useful functions. Particularly like the ability to save client information since I have many repeat clients. Keeping credit cards on file in a secure platform is perfect for what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?

Not the most user-friendly product I've seen- can be confusing at first especially when processing returns or voids. I was also very confused when going through PCI compliance- it took me a long time and I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing for parts of it- though this is probably user error and not directly related to the product. Recommendations to others considering MyVirtualMerchant:

Definitely a good product that has all the functions you need, even if the setup is a little difficult at first. Though the hardest part for me was making sure I was CPI compliant- which is not a problem with my virtual merchant itself (I think it would be true for any virtual merchant). What problems is MyVirtualMerchant solving and how is that benefiting you?
