Decent merchant services product **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2015 **What do you like best about MyVirtualMerchant?** Gives a secure platform with many useful functions. Particularly like the ability to save client information since I have many repeat clients. Keeping credit cards on file in a secure platform is perfect for what I need. **What do you dislike about MyVirtualMerchant?** Not the most user-friendly product I've seen- can be confusing at first especially when processing returns or voids. I was also very confused when going through PCI compliance- it took me a long time and I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing for parts of it- though this is probably user error and not directly related to the product. **Recommendations to others considering MyVirtualMerchant:** Definitely a good product that has all the functions you need, even if the setup is a little difficult at first. Though the hardest part for me was making sure I was CPI compliant- which is not a problem with my virtual merchant itself (I think it would be true for any virtual merchant). **What problems is MyVirtualMerchant solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to save client information is key to making the payment process more streamlined for returning clients.
