MyVet is built for independent UK veterinary practices that want to take routine work off the phone without changing their practice management system. Practices choose the modules they need and pay monthly only for those. Appointments: clients book online at any hour, see only free slots and get an instant text confirmation. Online bookings write straight into the Teleos diary. Connect: WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger and website messages land in one shared inbox. Each chat sits next to the client and pet record and can be assigned to a named team member. Prescriptions: clients request repeats from one link. The team approves them from a shared dashboard, and clients are told automatically when the prescription is ready, with optional online payment. VetScribe: an AI scribe that writes the consultation up as SOAP, DAP or narrative notes in UK veterinary terminology. Microchip Registration: register chips onto the Defra-compliant MyPet database in seconds, with registration, updates and transfers free for the life of the pet. Websites: modern practice websites, built and hosted by MyVet and linked to bookings and repeat prescriptions. Clients don’t need an app or an account. MyVet is built by the team behind MyPet, which has supplied microchips to hundreds of UK practices since 2019. There’s no setup fee and no long contract, and support comes from a UK-based team.
