We love the ability to do everything ourselves - add photos, events, retail, etc. It's very simple and intuitive to figure out. When a payment fails, it sends an automatic email to the customer to update, rather than us having to follow up. This has saved us a lot of time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyStudio? We've had some technical issues where MyStudio doesn't save information correctly - when we update inventory, when we try to schedule emails or set up automation. If I click on some students and scroll down to click on more the first students are unclicked. So I have to send many emails to get a hold of specific programed students. I could address specific groups in emails, had an easier time upgrading memberships, had an easier time promoting students. It would be VERY helpful to combine all the financial set up tools available in the Membership, Event, and Program menus to have maximum flexibility when setting ways to charge for what we offer. Being able to have an app that a customer can download is huge. Not only is it convenient for the customer but it also gives your enhances the perception of your business.
