I was searching for the email signature provider that would be easy to navigate and fast to install. MySignature satisfies all these points, that's why it's my choice. I really wanted to like this product, but right from the get go there were problems. Creating the signature was the easy part, but trying to get it to load in Gmail was a NIGHTMARE! I downloaded and installed the Chrome extension as instructed, but it wouldn't connect because my Gmail was logged in under my personal account. Tech support came through with a solution for this. Ok, it appeared that I was connected with the extension and I could actually see email tracking events. However, not so fast. If I selected the signature to load on my default email address then it would show up when drafting an email, but if I were to get a reply from that email and then try to reply I could not get the signature to show up. Yes, I have "on reply/forward use..." selected. Nor could I select it using the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. I have a number of email addresses that I use under my Gmail account and each has its own signature, but now that the MySignature extension is enabled I cannot access any of the other signatures (not created with the app) no matter what I try to do. Solution suggestions ranged from manually install the signature and disable the app (no tracking) to remove the signature and try to let the extension install it automatically, which never did work. Lastly, when I get a reply from an email that had the signature embedded it now appears in raw html versus the original signature. The proffered suggestion from tech support is to enable "Always display external images" which I've always had enabled. I applaud the customer/tech support, but I've wasted enough time on this. The other issue is the spam emails that get sent after signing up! I got numerous review emails along with other useless emails. I understand that I can opt out, but I shouldn't get bombarded with so much spam in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things: A free-form signature builder would be incredibly helpful in addition to the provided templates (which are a bit limited in diversity, IMO). I often have to start signatures in My signature and then export them out for fine tuning or additional customization beyond what is possible. That in and of itself isn't a deal breaker, but it does negate the tracking features.

Second, either the ability to archive or include a couple more users per plan would keep this cost effective in comparison to other signature options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before it was dull and boring before but as it adds style to the email. It gets clear about my information. I use this signiture on every single emails that I send. with its ability to add more contact information, customized look and function is very useful. As a business founder and entrepreneur I manage multiple emails for our our brands and this helps make creating signatures and tracking emails less confusing.
