## MySalesCoach Reviews
  ### 1. Essential Coaching for Customer Success Leaders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren H. | Head of Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

I love two specific parts of MSC. First, my one-on-one coach is top-notch; they provide tailored, specific advice that has immediately been actionable in my role. Second, the group sessions are a game-changer. It’s invaluable to network and share challenges and successes with other leaders from different industries in a safe, collaborative environment.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Honestly, there isn't anything I genuinely dislike. The content is relevant, the coaching is high-quality, and the scheduling is flexible.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

My top recommendation is simple: come prepared. The sessions are as valuable as the effort you put in. Treat it as a strategic investment, not just a check-the-box activity. Have specific challenges or goals ready for your coach, and be ready to actively participate in the group discussions. The more intentional you are, the faster you will see a return on your investment.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Director of Customer Success, I was running into the usual stuff—growing my team and trying to handle a huge executive portfolio. MySalesCoach fixes the need for real, advanced leadership skills and boosts my strategic confidence! My coach has been instrumental in levelling up my confidence in two key areas: I'm better at managing our sales reps and account managers, and I've got a much more strategic, proactive approach to my own high-value accounts. I'm a more effective and authoritative leader now, which is a huge win, because my team performs way better, and we keep and grow our accounts much more effectively!

  ### 2. Unlocking Sales Potential with MySalesCoach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jano E. | Senior Sales Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

What I like best about MySalesCoach is my coach, Volker.
He brings a perfect mix of experience, strategic thinking, and real empathy. Volker doesn’t just give generic advice – he listens carefully, challenges me with the right questions, and helps me see opportunities I might have missed. Every session is focused, practical, and directly relevant to what I'm working on. It feels like having a trusted sparring partner who's fully invested in my success.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about MySalesCoach.
The platform works smoothly, the coaching is high quality, and the experience has been consistently positive.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

The right coach makes all the difference.
If you're considering MySalesCoach, take the time to find a coach who really fits your personality and sales style. Once you do, it becomes a powerful tool for growth, accountability, and real performance improvement. It’s not just about having a coach – it’s about having the right one.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MySalesCoach helps solve one of the biggest challenges in sales: the lack of ongoing, personalized development. Instead of generic training or occasional workshops, it gives me direct access to experienced sales coaches who understand my specific goals and challenges.

This means I get real-time feedback, practical strategies, and support tailored to my deals and situations. As a result, I’m closing more effectively, handling objections with more confidence, and constantly improving my sales game. It’s like having a mentor on demand – and that’s made a noticeable impact on my performance and motivation.

  ### 3. A Game-Changing Partnership with MySalesCoach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

What I like best about MySalesCoach is the comprehensive, adaptable approach they take to coaching. Being paired with Steve was exceptional because he didn't limit our sessions to just one type of coaching - he seamlessly adapted to exactly what I needed at any given moment.
The versatility of our coaching sessions was incredible. Some conversations were highly tactical, where we'd dive deep into adjusting and refining the specific processes I had put in place. These sessions were incredibly practical and immediately actionable. Other times, Steve would shift gears and take a more strategic approach, helping me think bigger picture about my role, my impact, and how I could elevate my leadership. Then there were sessions that focused on mindset and life advice, which proved just as valuable as the technical coaching.
This three-pronged approach - tactical, strategic, and personal development - is what sets MySalesCoach apart. Most coaching focuses on just one area, but Steve understood that being an effective sales leader requires growth across all these dimensions. Whether I needed to troubleshoot a specific process issue, develop a long-term strategy, or work through a mindset challenge, he was equipped to help.
What I appreciated most was having someone who could look in objectively and dedicate 100% of their attention to helping me become the best leader I could be. Unlike colleagues at work who are dealing with their own priorities and distractions, Steve's sole focus was my development and success. He kept me honest about the value I was bringing to my team and the areas where I needed to improve, providing the kind of unbiased accountability that's impossible to get from within your own organization.
This comprehensive, personalized approach makes MySalesCoach invaluable whether you're new to sales or have decades of experience.RetryClaude can make mistakes. Please double-check responses. Sonnet 4

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

The only challenge I encountered was the time zone difference. Being in New England while Steve was in Old England made scheduling our sessions a bit tricky at times, and yes, New England is better, but that's not what I'm here to talk about! The timing was tough, but we figured it out. Steve was flexible and accommodating, and we found meeting times that worked for both of us. This small logistical hurdle didn't detract from the tremendous value of the coaching experience at all.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

Come with an open mind. You do not know it all, so be vulnerable about what you are experiencing. You need to be an open book to help them find the best way you both can solve the problems. The coaching relationship works best when you're honest about your weaknesses and challenges, even if it feels uncomfortable at first.
Also make sure you apply what you learned right away or you will forget it. The insights and strategies Steve shared with me were incredibly valuable, but they only made a difference because I implemented them immediately after our sessions. Don't let the momentum fade by waiting to act on the guidance you receive.
Whether you've been in sales for less than a year or 20+ years, there's tremendous value in having your own coach. MySalesCoach provides the dedicated attention and unbiased perspective that's impossible to get from within your own organization, making it one of the best investments you can make in your professional development.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MySalesCoach solved several critical problems that I didn't even realize were holding me back in my sales leadership role.
The biggest problem they addressed was the lack of dedicated, unbiased feedback and accountability. While we all think we have adequate support at work, the reality is that everyone gets busy and naturally focuses on their own responsibilities and challenges. My colleagues and managers, despite their good intentions, were distracted by internal politics, competing priorities, and their own targets. MySalesCoach solved this by pairing me with Steve, who could look in objectively and dedicate 100% of his attention to my development without any competing agendas.
Another major problem was the inconsistency in my professional development. MySalesCoach solved this by providing structured, regular coaching sessions that adapted to my specific needs at any given moment. Some conversations were highly tactical, focusing on adjusting and refining the processes I had put in place. Other sessions took a more strategic approach, helping me think bigger picture about my role and impact. Then there were times when we dove into mindset and life advice, ensuring my growth was holistic rather than one-dimensional.
The third problem they solved was my lack of honest self-assessment. Steve was exceptional at keeping me accountable and honest about both the value I was bringing to my team and the specific areas where I needed to improve. This level of candid feedback is often difficult to achieve within your own organization, where politics and relationships can soften necessary truths.
The benefits have been transformative. I've grown not just as a sales professional, but as a leader and person. The coaching relationship provided a safe space to be vulnerable about my weaknesses and honest about my goals, accelerating my development in ways that wouldn't have been possible through traditional workplace mentoring alone. Whether you're new to sales or a seasoned veteran with decades of experience, MySalesCoach provides tremendous value by solving these fundamental gaps in professional development.

  ### 4. Great way to upskill your sales skills!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis B. | SDR, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

They take the time to understand your struggles and pair you accordingly to a coach whose strengths match yours. From there, the coach provides 1-1 sessions with you to work on specific areas you want to focus on for upskilling. It's well tailored, solid advice and done in a transparent and approachable way.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Nothing specific, potentially could be a little bit more awareness of the upcoming courses etc.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

Definitely give it a try, you'll learn new things for sure! Be as open as you can at the beginning about your struggles so they can tailor their content and advice to you for maximum effectiveness.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides lots of insight and reassurance as you grow in your sales career. Supportive, patient coaches with lots of extra sessions (e.g. Cold Calling power hours) adding value and giving personalised tips/improvement plans to work toward and get better at sales from a soft & hard skill perspective.

  ### 5. Great experience, great team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody R. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

What I like best about MySalesCoach is how relevant and actionable the coaching is. The group sessions cover real challenges SDRs face—like objection handling, cold call structure, prioritization, and LinkedIn outreach. It’s not theory—it’s tactical advice I can apply the same day. The added focus on LinkedIn has helped me sharpen my brand and engage prospects more effectively. Plus, learning alongside other reps creates a motivating, supportive environment where you’re constantly picking up strategies that work.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

What I dislike about MySalesCoach is that, since I’m based in the United States, the session times can sometimes be a bit tough to attend live. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish more time slot options worked better for U.S. time zones. That said, the value of the sessions still makes it worth adjusting when I can.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

If you’re considering MySalesCoach, I’d highly recommend it, especially if you’re an SDR looking to sharpen your skills in a practical, consistent way. The group coaching format keeps you accountable, and the advice is directly applicable to real sales scenarios. Be ready to show up, engage, and implement the feedback because that’s where the real growth happens. If you’re in the U.S., just be mindful of the session times and plan accordingly. It’s worth the investment if you’re serious about leveling up.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an SDR, MySalesCoach has helped me level up through consistent group coaching sessions that focus on daily challenges. Instead of generic training, we get practical feedback on messaging, calls, and outreach that I can apply immediately. It’s helped me build better habits, stay motivated, and continuously improve with clear, actionable takeaways each week.

  ### 6. Exceptional coaching experience with tangible results!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

What truly makes MySalesCoach stand out is their focus on sustainable growth rather than quick fixes. The coaching wasn’t one-size-fits-all — it was tailored to the real challenges I was experiencing in my day-to-day sales role. The strategies we worked on were practical, relevant, and easy to apply, leading to noticeable improvements in both my performance and how I connect with clients. The impact was clear within just a few sessions.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

I didn’t dislike anything about my experience with my sales coach.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

Highly recommend MySalesCoach to any sales professional looking to level up and see real results. This service is well worth it!

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My experience with MySalesCoach has been genuinely transformative. From day one, the coaching was aligned with my specific sales objectives, and the support I received felt both strategic and personalised. My coach brought a wealth of experience to each session and offered clear, constructive advice that pushed me to refine my techniques and build real confidence. The sessions struck the right balance between challenge and encouragement, and I saw a noticeable improvement in how I handle client conversations. Overall, it’s been a valuable investment in both my personal growth and professional development.

  ### 7. Senior Account Executive working in the IT Managed Service Sector

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley D. | Senior New Business Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

Through working with MySalesCoach I have access to an individual coach who I have now worked with for approximately 15-months and each 1-2-1 session can be tailored to what I need to focus on. The onus is on me to come to the session with topics that I would like to cover and gain assistance from and Steve has provided great insight and advice to guide me in the right direction. These issues can range from prospecting, discovery, next steps, managing multiple stakeholders and objection handling through to other topics such as mindset, planning and dealing with internal stakeholders. The broad range of areas to cover has significantly increased my sales skills and acumen but also assisted me to overcome certain internal issues.

Outside the monthly 1-2-1 sessions I have also attended the group sessions which cover a set topic. These group sessions have been a great way to engage with peers in other organisations and industries, understand what is working for them and take away actionable insight which I can apply. All the coaches on the group sessions help to steer the conversation towards to the topics to cover and also input with their own thoughts and views to challenge the group.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Some of the group sessions get subscribed quickly and there have been a few instances where I've missed out on group sessions as I haven't been quick enough to book. However, I have started to see instances where popular sessions are running every month or multiple times a month to give more people opportunities to attend.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

I would happily recommend others to reach out to MySalesCoach and better understand the wide range of coaching sessions available to assist you and your team. It's been a great investment for me.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have attended various sales training sessions in the past. These have ranged from 1-2 day company off-day sessions through to more structured bi-weekly sessions with Sandler. Although these style of sessions are useful, they are too often targeting a one sized fits all approach as opposed to really drilling down into the core issues I am facing. Also, after these training courses I have often found a short, sharp sprint to implement what I've learnt but they have lacked the continued reinforcement to make a noticeable difference. MySalesCoach has a different approach by providing 1-2-1 coaching sessions with a wide range of coaches specialising in SDR, AM, Leadership and CSM therefore being able to partner and work with someone who has done my job role in my sector has been invaluable to learn from their experience. Additionally, by attending the monthly sessions there is continued reinforcement of learnings and accountability to ensure you continue to grow.

  ### 8. Personalized, honest coaching provides actionable insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

I really hit the jackpot with my coach, Torron. He is very honest and direct. His advice is actionable. I always leave our calls with new ideas I can implement right away. I don't see a point in coaching if you can't take away some piece of tangible, actionable advice, and this is never an issue with MySalesCoach.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

I don't see any major downsides to MySalesCoach. In full transparency, my coaching sessions are paid for by my company, so I'm not sure how strongly I would feel if the money were coming out of my own pocket. But I find the sessions are always worth my time.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

I recommend at least trying out two sessions with MySalesCoach. The first session is so that you get a feel for the call and see whether your coach is a good match, the second session is to really get into the issues you want to work on and see the progress you've made since the first call. Investing in your development - and getting honest feedback about issues you struggle with at your company - is always worth it.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MySalesCoach provides me with a fresh, largely unbiased perspective on the challenges I face as a salesperson. Because my coach does not work at my company, he is able to offer new ideas, approaches, and ways of thinking that I otherwise wouldn't have considered. Meeting with a coach consistently allows me to see where I'm growing and making progress, and where I'm still struggling to make changes. My coach is extremely honest with me, which I value highly because honesty is not always a guarantee from your fellow coworkers. My coach helps me a wide range of issues, such as how to ask better questions during pitches, how to follow-up with leads, how to navigate interpersonal relationships at work, how to manage stress, and how to build pipeline. There's nothing I can't ask my coach!

  ### 9. Brilliant people and top level coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kallum B. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

I like the amount of stuff outside of paid coaching you receive with constant advice on socials and free power hours.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Nothing springs to mind apart from potentially different pricing options for either young or entry level salespeople

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

If you're not already receiving 1-1 coaching from your manager or sales team this is a great way to keep levelling up and be held accountable.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I won a giveaway in a previous role to have 1-1 & group coaching session with one of the Mysalescoach coaches. At the time I had very limited knowledge of my industry and what would would and my coach had proven industry experience allowing me to trust her guidance and better understand my ICP

  ### 10. Tactical advice for all stages of the sales process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chance B. | Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

The advice is very practical and they use real world examples/role plays during sessions

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

The website itself can be a little clunky

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

I would recommend checking out either of their books, Problem Prospecting and/or Deconstructing Discovery. They both helped me tremendously and encouraged me to sign up for their monthly training sessions. If you like those books, you'll also get a lot out of the training. Their advice is useful whether you are just beginning your sales career, or you are a seasoned vet. Anyone would benefit from their training and resources.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking better questions, getting more impact from prospects during sales calls. This helps me close more deals and earn more money overall

  ### 11. Very helpful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

What I liked best about MySalesCoach was the personalised, no-fluff advice that felt immediately relevant to my role. The coaching is practical, easy to apply, and focused on real-world sales challenges — not just theory. It helped me approach conversations with more clarity and confidence.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

What I disliked most about MySalesCoach was that occasionally the advice felt a bit generic before the coach had full context on my role or industry. That said, once the relationship developed, the guidance became much more tailored and impactful.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

If you're using MySalesCoach, I'd recommend being as specific as possible with your questions and sharing context about your role and challenges early on — it really helps the coach tailor their advice. Also, be open to feedback and try to implement suggestions between sessions to get the most value. The more you put in, the more you get out!

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve found MySalesCoach really useful — the platform has provided clear, actionable insights that have helped me improve my outreach and overall approach. The guidance is practical and tailored, making a real difference in my day-to-day sales conversations.

  ### 12. I recently used MySalesCoach and found it highly effective for sales development.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

What I like best about MySalesCoach is the personalised, 1-to-1 coaching from someone who really understands sales.

The sessions aren’t generic or scripted. My coach tailors advice to my deals, my style, and my goals.

It feels like having a personal sales manager focused just on helping me improve.

That kind of direct, relevant support is rare and makes a real difference.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

What I dislike about MySalesCoach is that scheduling can be a bit rigid at times.

If your calendar’s packed, it’s not always easy to find a slot that works.

Also, some group sessions feel more like presentations than interactive workshops. A bit more hands-on practice or live roleplay would make them stronger.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MySalesCoach is solving a few key problems:

Lack of personalised coaching: Most sales teams get generic training. MySalesCoach gives you 1-to-1 access to experienced sales coaches who focus on your exact role and challenges.
Benefit: I’ve been able to work on specific weak spots, like handling pricing objections, and see fast improvement.

Limited real-time support: Traditional sales training happens once, then you’re on your own.
Benefit: With MySalesCoach, I can jump on a call, ask about a live deal, and get advice that helps me right away.

No consistent skill development: It’s easy to fall back into old habits without regular input.
Benefit: Weekly touchpoints and group sessions keep me sharp and focused.

Isolation in remote roles: In fully remote sales roles, you often miss out on peer learning.
Benefit: The community and group calls give me new ideas and let me hear what’s working for others.

Overall result: I feel more confident, better prepared, and supported in hitting my sales goals.

  ### 13. Year of MySalesCoach sessions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Finn M. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

My coach, Torron, provided me with really useful insights into where I can improve across my prospecting. Offering specific was to tweak my cold calling and my general messaging. The most helpful part for me was advice on the transition from SDR to AE and how to make this transition as smooth as possible, which played a big part in me getting a promotion not long after.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

The UI can be difficult when booking in slots.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MySalesCoach helped me to get up and running as an SDR (focusing on prospecting techniques), and also helped with my transition from SDR to AE.

  ### 14. Great sales experience provided, real-time call reviews. Great coaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan D. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

My coach Torron is of great value to me, coaches both on the tactical side of sales and the background work - admin/role advice/progression.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Nothing that comes to mind - it is easy to book sessions and move if needed. Really friendly team. Everyone always engages with your LinkedIn content too.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

I would 100% choose MySalesCoach if you are looking to up your sales game wether it be improving cold calling, tactics when it comes to emailing, LinkedIn content or just general support in your role and progression paths, they got you covered.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 15. Great 1x1 coaching

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaoru F. | VP Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

My coach, Richard, provides tactical, direct, and usable advice that helps me in my day to day - exactly what I need.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Nothing yet! I know exactly what I want - 1x1 coaching, so can't comment on their other offerings.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

When looking for a coach, please honest about what you're looking for.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MSC is helping me reinforce sales tactics - I've been through loads of sales trainings, but MSC is helping me refresh on core discovery/qualification skills that I know have a huge impact on my sales process and overall success.

  ### 16. Super friendly and valuable advice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about MySalesCoach?**

Valuable advice that is specific to me rather than general advice. Also we did a lot of role play scenarios which I found super helpful.

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

I honestly can't think so any downsides.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I first used MySalesCoach when I started as an SDR almost a year ago. Neil was my coach and he listened and took on board what I was struggling with in terms of cold outreach and then gave me really good advice which ultimately lead to me booking more demo's and landing some of the company's biggest clients.

  ### 17. A Game-Changer for My Sales Performance

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

I love having a coach who actually gets me and gives real, usable advice. It’s like having a sales pro in my corner

**What do you dislike about MySalesCoach?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If anything, I just wish I had more time with my coach each week, it’s that valuable.

**Recommendations to others considering MySalesCoach:**

If you’re on the fence, just do it. Having someone in your corner who actually knows sales makes a huge difference. It’s been a game-changer for me.

**What problems is MySalesCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?**
