MyRental by Berlemenyem is rental management software for independent landlords and small property management businesses. The cloud-based application combines property, tenant and lease records with recurring rent and utility charges, recorded payments and outstanding balances. Tenant portals support photo meter readings and maintenance requests, while landlords review readings and track consumption, expenses and move-out settlements. Portfolio reports cover income, costs, yield and occupancy. Designed primarily for the Hungarian rental market, the product includes Hungarian rental tax records and accountant exports on eligible plans. It is available in Hungarian and English. A three-month trial covers up to three properties without a payment card, and a limited free plan is available for one property. Paid subscriptions start at HUF 999 per property per month, including VAT. The Bérleményem service is operated by MATRIX CBS Kft.
