"Best FollowMe Solution - MyQ X-"

What do you like best about MyQ?

What is most convincing about the MyQ is its simple and ingenious administration and its performance.

We use the MyQ for pull printing, accounting and security of the printers and multifunction devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyQ?

So far, the solution has been convincing in all requirements, so that there is nothing negative.

The only improvement I wish for would be that, as an administrator, you could customize the administrator interface. To hide unneeded functions. In other words, if you don't need Voucher, you can hide it.

This would improve the administration again. Otherwise there is no wish for improvement, since the MyQ has everything you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MyQ:

I encourage anyone looking for a FollowMe solution to take a look at the MyQ X. It is also possible to test the solution for 60 days free of charge. Then I don't know anyone who hasn't opted for the MyQ X solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MyQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the introduction of the MyQ, the security of the unprotected printers and copiers is eliminated, since they can only be unlocked through authentication.

At the same time, the print volume is reduced because accidental expressions and incorrect expressions are no longer printed.

Due to the possibility to register at any copier to pick up or scan its printouts, the downtimes in the event of a copier defect are zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simple and intuitive user interface provides an incredible benefit to the dynamic demand of modern companies. Changes and Additions can be made fast and easily and therefore cheap while at the same time offering powerful tools to save time for your companies employees. Unfortunately, not all manufacturers are supported with the full range of functionalities yet, but the solution has already grown in its compatibility quite a lot and continues to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MyQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an IT service provider and have had many positive experiences with MyQ X so far. It is versatile and fully meets the expectations of solutions in this segment. Very good support, very good price-performance ratio and not tied to any manufacturer. This means that you can also work in mixed environments without any problems, which is unusual for a solution of this kind. simple user-friendly administration, possibility of selective synchronization of users from AD, automation of processes, simple identification of users via PIN, automatic evaluation of consumption according to the organizational structure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

not all printer manufacturers provide an interface to their printers for MyQ, which unfortunately limits full control via MyQ, we have printers from 2 manufacturers and unfortunately only Kyocera has full support, Xerox does not, so you have to choose the ones that have support when buying new printers - you simplify life :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyQ?

MyQ is installed in a few minutes and the post-configuration is quite simple. It is so easy to implement your business-workflows into this solution, that you'll rethink what you can do next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyQ?

MyQ has still some small features missing. But as I have become known of the history of the versions, this product will grow and the field feedback, if the business case is good, things will be implemented for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GDPR compliance is checkmarked in any maneer (printing, scanning and analytics data) The users can easily use "their workflows" because the display is agile through rights management.
