What do you like best about MyQ?

What do you dislike about MyQ?

Although any solution in the same segment can be surely improved, however I honestly don't find any really negative point on MyQ.

What do you like best about MyQ?

Simple and user-friendly interface, powerful tool for managing print devices and jobs, simple installation and integration in large enviroments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyQ?

Well, to run it on-premise, you need a Windows machine (Pro or Server). It would be very practical and economical if it could be on Linux or Synology DSM (at least for smaller installations). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyQ?

Integration with Active Directory and the company's email system provides a wealth of possibilities that are extensively utilized in my work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyQ?

One aspect that I would perhaps highlight as a downside is that reading the logs is quite difficult. Very often, the logs do not provide a clear indication of what the exact problem is or how it could be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

However, sometimes, challenges come from customer end.
