What do you like best about MyQ?

A hassle-free system that handles company-wide printing, toner ordering, reporting, etc. PIN for user login, scanning, mass printing and copying, sending to email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyQ?

So far, we have not found any disadvantages, we have one server, where we have various services and MyQ fits perfectly there, so far we are absolutely satisfied Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyQ?

We use for all Ricoh printers in the organization.

Ease of Use.

Admin Management for multiple locations.

Huge savings in paper stationary budget.

Compared to its competitors it is very ahead in the game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyQ?

More options in Report generation.

Add more parameters for report generation.

The appliation works without issue.

AS mentioned more options in reports. Especially average count. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyQ?

Large options for settings and customization. Synchronize users with the domain. Reports. A large amount of information when determining the number and type of devices for a new public tender. What do you like best about MyQ?

It is very intuitive to use. I especially like the one-click scanning to email or to a shared OneDrive folder with colleagues. It's a big difference from what we had before MyQ in the office. Printing my documents after card login is also quite useful! From time to time, I also print a document directly from my phone without having to send it to my computer before printing. What do you dislike about MyQ?

I don´t know, I am not IT guy, from my user´s perspective seems all fine yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
