At present document digitalisation is very important, thanks to MyQ you can customise the scanning function depending on the organization needs. One of them is MyQ Embedded Terminal. With MyQ only an owner of the jod has an access to the document and is able to print it. Problem with scanning: thanks to customised scanning profiles customers are able to design a process for specift type of the document e.g. invoices, agreements or orders. Thanks to this the documents are always processed in the same way and saved in the right place. Problem with high costs: Reports allow to get an information about costs per user, department, device, project, location and many others.
