At present document digitalisation is very important, thanks to MyQ you can customise the scanning function depending on the organization needs. It means that small , middle or big companies can use MyQ to be more efficient. **What do you like best about MyQ?** It's hard to say because most of the offered functions are great. One of them is MyQ Embedded Terminal. Customisation possibility depends on customer's needs, clear and friendly interface. **What do you dislike about MyQ?** Not available, Not available, Not available, **Recommendations to others considering MyQ:** - **What problems is MyQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just some of them: Problem with secure printing: often customers have a problem with uncontrolled access to printing documents includning sensitive data. With MyQ only an owner of the jod has an access to the document and is able to print it. Problem with scanning: thanks to customised scanning profiles customers are able to design a process for specift type of the document e.g. invoices, agreements or orders. Thanks to this the documents are always processed in the same way and saved in the right place. Problem with high costs: Reports allow to get an information about costs per user, department, device, project, location and many others.
