I mean, it's paperless, so that goes without saying it is by far the best thing. Knowing when any HR case or HR process is conducted, it's paperless, and we are helping reduce our impact on the planet. It is also a fast and efficient tool to use without going into too much detail, but HR cases have never been processed in such speed and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Those that have not used the system did find it a bit hard to use, but once they get used to it, it is straightforward to use maybe have a more comprehensive FAQ guide and help section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
