**What do you like best about MyPaperlessOffice?**

I mean, it's paperless, so that goes without saying it is by far the best thing. Knowing when any HR case or HR process is conducted, it's paperless, and we are helping reduce our impact on the planet. It is also a fast and efficient tool to use without going into too much detail, but HR cases have never been processed in such speed and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about MyPaperlessOffice?**

Those that have not used the system did find it a bit hard to use, but once they get used to it, it is straightforward to use maybe have a more comprehensive FAQ guide and help section.

**What problems is MyPaperlessOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have copious amounts of paper that kept piling up and taking up essential space and was costing the business a lot of money to dispose of this securely, but this has now been resolved, and vital space has been freed up. We are saving money on disposing of confidential documents, which is money that can be spent elsewhere.
