The originality of the features bore an uncanny similarity to an in-person event. I was fascinated by the visual display of the event environment, the participants' exhibition booths, and the chat section which allowed real-time networking. We were able to canvass massive support for our candidate, however, only a few made it to the point where they checked the 'vote' box. The rest gave up halfway through the registration due to the many questions they had to answer. For subsequent events, it would help to limit the questions to the basics. As a marketing manager, I have had the pleasure of using MyOnvent for a recent online event, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. This platform provides everything you need to host a successful online event, and more! One of the things I appreciated most about MyOnvent is its user-friendly interface. The platform is easy to navigate, and the instructions are clear, making it simple for anyone to use. Additionally, the platform is fully customizable, allowing us to design the event page to match our branding and tailor the registration process to our specific needs. The features offered by MyOnvent are also outstanding. The platform provides a variety of tools to help engage attendees, including live Q&A, polls, and networking sessions. We were able to easily manage the schedule of events and provide attendees with access to relevant content such as presentations and speaker bios. I found using myOnvent extremely intuitive and at par with the latest tech standards. The feel you get on the virtual platform is close to attending an event in person. Extremely well-organised. I did not see any downsides except that the event hosted by myOnvent was a virtual one. Yet, whatever tools were provided made the experience a memorable one. I think myOnvent has made the experience of using a virtual event platform as close to attending an event in person. The ability to upload your avatar with your booth, the metrics related to views, networking tools and even the registered indiviudals who visited your booth are valuable insights. I foudn the virtual event platform much ahead of others I had seen, both in terms of design and utility. Attention to detail, commitment, and professionalism on the part of all team members. Especially great for networking opportunities as you can engage with all the event attendees using the interactive chat and poll features and share text and video documents to booths and video walls to make collaboration an integral part of your event. What's fantastic about myOnvent is that you can save all the recorded events as well as all shared resources directly on the platform, thereby ensuring that all important information is stored safely and securely, and available for future use or reference.
