Very fast way to have an online food ordering system for the restaurants **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Deepak M. | Senior software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2023 **What do you like best about MyOnlineBakery.com?** Easy UI to manage the products/catalog and Best customer experience in ordering the food. **What do you dislike about MyOnlineBakery.com?** I don't like to store my customer(s) data with any other business but in this case all of customer data is in the myonlinebakery servers which is not good from business point of view. **What problems is MyOnlineBakery.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a SASS product so any bakery company can use this product by paying monthly subscription fee, There is no hassle of managing the server, site issues etc, their It team does all of that for all clients. ### 2. The support staff was able to customize functions for our specific needs. Flexibility in the MOB is a plus and fits several sales models an operations. So far we have made available online ordering to all customers and you can work directly with the E commerce orders and this has made our production process easy. **What do you dislike about MyOnlineBakery.com?** So much to talk about here but I hope it helps their technical team make improvements. Only one person can use it at a time making it disadvantageous for bigger establishments especially when the admin needs to log in and check something while a user is already running the software and paying for multiple users doesn't make sense if you rarely do that. Too many features that aren't as useful and navigation becomes a problem especially to new users. Making corrections and adjustments on invoices is such a problem that needs attention. It is difficult to run reports and to import them into Quickbooks has been challenging severally. These are from our experiences as a company and considering we have had this severally, we thought it will be great putting it here. **Recommendations to others considering MyOnlineBakery.com:** I wouldn't say much here but you can try on doing business online with it and it can benefit you like we did. Otherwise the other features for me need a pull up. **What problems is MyOnlineBakery.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem: Trouble having an online ordering platform for our customers. Benefits: This has been made possible by this software and we are available throughout for service.
