Powerpoint It is a multifunction answer to an office's needs. ### 2. It differs from competitors in use and ease. **What do you dislike about MyOffice?** The worst part about the system is having to log in to and connect all of your current platforms. It would be a great improvement if the system could pull up all of my accounts on its own. **Recommendations to others considering MyOffice:** You most definitely want to try the 30-day free trial. It makes the decision much easier on whether the program will work for you or not. **What problems is MyOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** This program is helping me get organized and stay on top of my work dudties and reminders. I have been able to be more productive and my performance has increased immensely. ### 3. This includes tasks, your calendar,storage, and also a CRM system built directly in the app itself! **What do you dislike about MyOffice?** Sometimes the integration doesnt work very well in terms of my emails doesn't link correctly to my other platforms like outlook, and google mail. **Recommendations to others considering MyOffice:** myOffice is great in my opinion, it's not a direct substitute of gmail or Microsoft outlook, but it's a good alternative where if there are a lot of tasks ongoing, you can have your teammates all download myoffice and work through it as this is one of the better integrated project management software out there **What problems is MyOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** This app is solving the biggest issue where once you read a email, you forget the task at hand and totally forget that you have something that's pending on you. This integrated platform can send mail, set the task to a stakeholder and have it set all in one platform. ### 4. I'm very impressed with the UI for users in different platforms. Very impressive. It does require an even internet connection to access these files. I am also using it access all my emails for sending an invite to discuss about ongoing project status and other important topics. Overall my recommendation is that not even single organization can survive without Myoffice. **What do you dislike about MyOffice?** I don't have any points to dislike about this platform. Everything is perfect with Myoffice. **Recommendations to others considering MyOffice:** Everything is perfect with MyOffice because you can do file sharing without internet connectivity, create a file on any location, send an email to discuss anything about project status, you access any contacts anyone who is working in the organization and you can contact them. **What problems is MyOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved lots of problmes like sharing important files, storing files on shared location, creating perfect and powerful documents, sending invitations over mail to discussion about project status and it does require internet connection. ### 7. You can view the files zoom in zoom out if necessary. The storage for the files is a simple process as well. **What do you dislike about MyOffice?** For the most part, I don't dislike like anything about my office. My office is a great tool. I think they should merge it with a lot of other applications as well. **Recommendations to others considering MyOffice:** I would say my office is an excellent tool for your office file needs. It keeps you organized without all the hassle of having to look for files. It is effortless and straightforward to use and understand. **What problems is MyOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I and solving with my office is storing my files in one spot, unlike other apps that run out of storage quickly. It would be nice to have a limited feature free version as well. **What problems is MyOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oranizing my team between multiple calendar software was a headache. With MyOffice, my team's calendars can be accessed anywhere, on any device, even when you are offline. We are now able to manage our calendar events with customizable templates and reminders.
