We understand the desire for ready-made lists for distribution for a more efficient workflow. However, we see that when you as a user customize your lists according to the content you want to share, the relevance for the recipient increases and thus your chances of being noticed. Relevant content to the right audience is, after all, the key to truly reaching the media. A tip to simplify your process is to use our Audience Targeting feature, where AI can help you find relevant journalists based on your content. Another option is to use Find Contacts where you can search on various topics to find relevant journalists and then combine these to create your own distribution lists. Best thing is that it's very trusted by journalists, I believe they have a positive attitude to the platform which is a great start for the work I do as PR officer. It's on the more expensive side. Also, there are some features that would need to be fixed - one of them is open rate by hour and more strategic insights about the behaviour of the journalists. We couldn't find a better service, and knowing what degree of customer service they could provide - we felt inclined to jump right back when the time was right. Ease of use, being able to sort media contacts into easy distribution lists, the CMS by and large and the analytics tools available after. The CMS is quite limited in terms of formatting, and as such we've sometimes been unable to reflect our clients' releases fully. For example, when there are graphs and tables we need to work around rather than with the CMS. Since the CMS started to require all headers be 16:9, this has proven tricky for some members to work around easily. A simple in-built cropping or resizing tool would be useful.
