I loved the automated listing cycle feature and order management. It was very easy to set it up. Setup took about 2 weeks, other tools were over a month. I use it on a daily basis to respond to customers messages and reply to offers. I only had to setup the listing cycle one time. It integrated with eBay very easily. I simply put my eBay Username and Password, and it populated all of my listings, orders, offers, and messages. **What do you dislike about MyListerHub?** It the beggining it was a little but overwhelming, because of the huge amount of features and use of AI for replying to messages. I turned off the AI responses because I prefer more personal responses. **What problems is MyListerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saved me alot of time scheduling my listings. Easy implementation, manuever and fastly integrateable with new services. Offers excellent features and customer support replies quickly and I use it on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about MyListerHub?** A little overwhellming at he onsset due to the shear amount of features, but it was very usable as soon as support got involved and trained me on the usage. There are minor bugs, but nothing worth worrying about. The system slows down a bit after very large uploads, but is to be expected from any platform that I used before because of te saher amount of data that is uploaded. **What problems is MyListerHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems were mainly difficulties related to listing large sets of products, however, this platform dramatically reduced the time involved in helping me create my eBay listings very quickly and effectively. It's very easy to work on and has many cool features. The scheduling listings feature and the ability to respond to customer questions and offers without accessing eBay are very convenient and save lots of time. Also, everything is organized in one place. The best part is the feature that removes unsold listings after a set period; it automatically relists the item with new IDs, updates the prices, changes the SKU number, and makes all the listings fresh again. I noticed an increase in my hits, watchers, offers, and customer messages, which led to a 30% increase in my sales. The tool also lets me handle multiple eBay accounts, saving me lots of time logging in and out from ebay to reply to customers' messages and offers. Additionally, their subscription cost is low compared to other software I've used before, and they don't charge a commission on every sale I make on eBay. Unlike most tools, they don't just focus on inventory management; they also handle orders, customer inquiries, shipping labels, eBay templates, Invoices, and more. I used to spend days (sometimes weeks) updating my listings on eBay every month, and now this process takes a few minutes.
