MyHotelOps is market intelligence for boutique and independent hotels. It reads the market outside the hotel (comp-set rates, events, demand and disruption) and sends the general manager the decision for each night, every morning. It is not a revenue management system. It reads public market data only, never connects to your PMS or booking data, and never changes your rates. The GM makes the call. What you get: An auto-detected comp set (editable) and nightly rates across the major booking channels, with the nights you sit well under the comp-set median. Demand nights: concerts, conventions, sports and festivals near the hotel, sized by expected crowd, up to about 120 days out. Signals: comp-set rate moves, compression, events and holidays, travel search interest, severe weather and travel disruption, and guest review shifts. A morning briefing between 6 and 8am local time: what moved overnight, what is coming, and the move for each night. An operations platform on the same license: work orders, events and catering, guest arrival pages, IT hub, and an unlimited team. It works alongside any PMS with no integration, and setup takes minutes. $249 per property per month, everything included. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
