MyHomeService360 is all-in-one business software for home-service companies, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, lawn care, pool service, pest control, handyman and other trades. The core software is free, with unlimited users and no per-seat fees. The office gets day, week, month and list dispatch boards, AI auto-assign that weighs trade and workload, recurring jobs, route optimization and a live map of tech locations shared from the field app. Customers can book open time slots online. Techs use the field app to see the day's jobs, customer and equipment history, checklists and photos, collect signatures, create work orders, clock in and out, and take payment at the door, including Tap to Pay on supported Android phones. The app works offline and syncs when signal returns. Estimates show good, better and best options side by side with e-signature and deposits, and AI can draft them from the company's own price book. Invoices go out with pay links, and payments post straight to the built-in double-entry ledger with P&L, balance sheet and aging reports. Service plans handle maintenance agreements with visits, renewals and reminders. Reporting covers revenue, close rate, tech scoreboards and job profit. Inventory tracks shop and truck stock with barcode scanning and purchase orders. Optional paid add-ons include a business phone system with an AI call assistant and, starting December 2026, payroll.
