myGiide is a web application designed to help individuals and organizations develop cultural agility—the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with people from different cultures. It offers assessments and personalized resources to enhance cross-cultural competencies, improve inclusion, and facilitate collaboration in diverse environments. The platform provides two key assessments: - Cultural Agility Test: Evaluates six skills, including building relationships and dealing with uncertainty, offering a scorecard and challenges to improve these competencies. - Cultural Values Test: Assesses eight important values, such as communication styles and work approaches, allowing users to compare their results with those from 190 countries. By utilizing myGiide, users can gain insights into their own cultural values, understand how they interact with different cultures, and receive tips on building trust and working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. The platform is beneficial for global professionals, students, international assignees, virtual team members, and anyone seeking to thrive in multicultural settings. For group plans, myGiide offers additional features, including progress tracking, group competency analysis, and personalized reports with strategies to enhance cultural skills.
