It was easy to set up and integrate the payment gateways. It helps us with contract management, split invoices, follow-ups, plan updates, etc. Generating invoices and reports are a bonus. Importantly, it integrates with our primary payment processors - Stripe, Paypal, and Instamojo. They have excellent documentation and explainer videos to get an idea of all the possibilities. What I'm blown away by with MFB is the speed of response to any messages I send them. The chat function makes it so easy to ask questions and make feedback. The service is developing and improving with every update, and it's completely changed our business. This service focuses exclusively on easy-to-create invoices and subscription-billing; and it has everything one needs to generate professional invoices OR subscriptions. Also can set up plans where customer pays their invoice in installments. I absolutely LOVE IT! When you get started - or at least, when I got started - it had a slight learning curve but excellent customer support to get me through the initial "feeling lost."; Once they showed me how to do things, I can create an invoice in less than a minute. (others might have a shorter learning curve - depends on how tech-savvy you are)

The user experience is a little rough. With onboarding, I was guessing what I should be doing. For example, a plan versus subscription, it's not very clear what is what until you keep playing around.
