You can just use your computer to send and receive faxes instead. Helpful for clients who insist on sending faxes so that you have a digital copy ready to print when needed **What do you dislike about MyFax?** The website is a little clunky and outdated. Aside from that , it does the trick. **What problems is MyFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can receive faxes in multiple offices to our computers and laptops. It also makes spam faxes less of an annoyance. ### 2. Once logged in, the website is very easy to navigate and intuitive. **What do you dislike about MyFax?** Very hard to change payment info, had to request by phone or email and they never responded. That’s not very ethical. **Recommendations to others considering MyFax:** Many industries do not fax anymore so maybe consider adding other Complimentary services And/or innovate the user experience. Also the UX design is extremely outdated. **What problems is MyFax solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used MyFax because my eye doctor could only fax me my prescription due to HIPAA, whose technology policy is rather old and outdated. They could not email or text me, the only option was fax. ### 3. So I don't know how reliable it is. **What do you dislike about MyFax?** I didn't like the lack of assurance that I would be able to send faxes swiftly and effectively. **Recommendations to others considering MyFax:** In the last question "Is MyFax headed in the right direction is I don't know.
