Before the event: AI-powered attendee matching, smart 1:1 meeting scheduling, and personalized agenda building. During the event: 3D venue navigation with live routing, live agenda management, and real-time recommendations that surface the right person or session at the right moment. After the event: an AI Content Concierge builds a knowledge graph across sessions and presentations, so attendees can query event content in natural language and surface relevant insights months later. Connections persist rather than expiring with the badge. FOR EVENT ORGANIZERS Engagement analytics and attendee-outcome data that make stakeholder value demonstrable rather than anecdotal. Deploys alongside existing registration and event management systems — no rip-and-replace. FOR EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS Replaces passive badge scanning with qualified lead matching. Surfaces attendees whose stated intent maps to what the exhibitor sells, and feeds those leads into CRM with automated follow-up sequences. FOR ATTENDEES A personalized journey instead of a schedule grid, and connections that hold value after the event closes. DEPLOYMENT Cloud-hosted, with native iOS and Android apps and browser access. Integrates with existing event management platforms and CRM systems. SECURITY AND DATA HANDLING Data is event-isolated by Event ID partitioning and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest across all databases and object storage, including audio and transcripts. Direct messages carry application-layer encryption. Access is governed by role-based access control enforced at the API gateway, with multi-factor authentication required on organizer and administrative accounts and short-lived OAuth 2.0 / JWT tokens on API calls. Personally identifiable information is hashed before transmission to external AI providers, and voice processing requires explicit opt-in consent that can be withdrawn in-app. Sub-processors include OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure, each under a data processing agreement.
