A no credit card sign up gave me 100 free credits to try 100 emails out on. I first put in a CSV list of 600+ expecting the app to grab the first 100 in the list and process them. Sadly, and this is one place I recommend they change, is it did not. The screen showed "insufficient credits" and I got an email saying I needed 621 credit to process. I deleted the file to try with a smaller list. So, I cut the file down to 100 and tried again. It still failed with the same "insufficient credits" and email stating I needed 621 credits. I emailed support. I got a reply back within 30 minutes with them stating I likely had "empty rows" in the CSV file. I looked and there were no "empty rows" but I recreated the shorter list of 100 emails and tried again. This time it went through successfully. The screen showed the analysis in realtime and when completed, sent me an email that allowed me to download either a CSV or XLSX file of the results. I need to next test the resulting list for fails, but I don't expect any unpleasant surprises. **What do you dislike about MyEmailVerifier?** I would suggest they implement the changes I speak to above, plus add the removal of "empty rows" to their parser to prevent the issues I ran into.
