One thing I can say is that it has several features that businesses would like. The adminstrator has the option to control whoever uses the software and they can support file sharing and collaboration with reports. **What do you dislike about MyDocsOnline?** I think it's over price compare with the others that are on the market, and for a first-time user, the instructions could be more clearer with an understanding of its product. One of the issues I see is that they use 100 MB rather than 1 GB instead of those other companies use. **Recommendations to others considering MyDocsOnline:** My Docs Online is good enough, and the customer support is good quality. The web upload link feature is handy, which is an offers that others products don't have. **What problems is MyDocsOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** My Docs Online provides good enough for customer support. They have good quality; the thing I like the most is that whether you are using both Windows or Mac, it makes copying your files to the cloud pretty straightforward when it comes to customers documentations. ### 6.
