MyDesk Digital Visitor Badges connects reusable E-Ink badges with MyDesk visitor management. Reception teams can prepare visits, register arrivals and issue a badge showing the information their organisation needs. The solution brings visitor registration and badge handling into one coordinated arrival process. Prepare the visit before arrival Hosts can preregister visitors from Outlook, while reception can prepare group visits by importing a visitor list. At reception, visitors can check in on a screen or using a QR code. Host email notifications—and optional SMS—help connect the arrival with the person receiving the visitor. Registration design, visitor instructions and check-in requirements are configured for your organisation. Make the badge part of your welcome Visitor details update wirelessly on the E-Ink badge during the configured check-in process. Choose a rectangular badge with space for a photo and visit details, or a smaller round casing with a rectangular display for the visitor name and host. Badge type, colours, logo and displayed information are agreed for your reception. After the visit, returned badges can be reset and reused through the configured check-out workflow. Choose a setup that fits reception MyDesk helps you select the badge model, configure the visitor flow and introduce reception staff to the solution. Online and on-site training are available. Dimensions, battery specifications, maintenance and accessories depend on the selected model and are confirmed in your quote. Software and hardware are priced separately. Visitor management has a recurring subscription; badges can be purchased or rented. The 2.13-inch badge requires a controller, while the 4-inch badge does not.
