MyDentalForce is practice operations software for dental practices, from a single office to a multi-office group. It is built on one idea: patient outreach drives production, and everything else should be measured against it. Patient Outreach: Every morning, each office gets a ranked call list of overdue hygiene recall and unscheduled treatment, sorted by how overdue each patient is and what the visit is worth. Staff work it top to bottom. Every outcome is logged and written back to the practice management system, and booked patients drop off the list automatically. Analytics: Outreach ROI credits booked and produced dollars to the team member who made the call. Production Command shows actual, scheduled and target production for every office. Provider & Service Analytics breaks production down by provider, ADA category and payer.Or ask MyDentalRobot in plain English: every figure in its answer is checked against your data before you see it. Billing & A/R: See what was produced, collected and is still owed across every office, with claims ranked by how close they are to write-off. MyDentalRobot, the AI assistant built on MyDentalForce, works up denied claims. It reads the claim in Open Dental and the EOB you upload, explains the payer’s codes, says who should pay and what to do next, and drafts the appeal letter for your biller to review. Posting, adjustments, or submissions can be turned on automation, or left off for review. Works with OpenDental, Dentrix and Mango Voice. 35+ practices run their day on MyDentalForce, with $500,000+ booked from outreach and 5,000+ patients reactivated.
