The layout is intuitive. The relationship manager is helpful and responsive, replying quickly whenever I reach out. This might sound like a crazy comment, but the colors just don’t appeal to me. They feel a bit too institutional. MyComplianceOffice lets us automate compliance questions and tasks, and we know that no employee (or employee transaction) will fall through the cracks. We use MyComplianceOffice on a daily basis, and it is very easy to use. MyComplianceOffice personnel are available to help us walk through any questions or issues. When we have made requests that are "out of the box" (i.e., requests that may not be typical in our industry), it can take MyComplianceOffice a while to process those particular requests. It isn’t quite as easy to use as I expected. I find myself needing cheat sheets for a few things, because the acronyms are easy to forget if I’m not using them regularly. I use MyComplianceOffice for know your employee matters, personal account dealing, gifts and hospitality, as well as the forms manager for attestations. I find the user interface slick, easy to use, and customizable. I also appreciate the ability to create my own forms and build complex workflows. The rules engine is comprehensive.
