What do you like best about myCOI?

MyCOI allows us to keep track of the insurance certificates of all of our suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors. We have the concierge version and they take our requirements and vet that the certificates match our requirements and deem compliant, non-compliant, or give me the opportunity to override. They also automatically generate reminder renewal notices and work directly with agents, taking the guesswork and explanation out of it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about myCOI?

The DocumentHub is not super user-friendly and not well-integrated with the rest of the program. This was an add-on feature for MyCOI after we were already a client and that may be part of the issue. I wish you could upload documents with a title instead of having to create them on the back in before uploading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
