I love that the responsibility of ensuring our construction projects are properly covered and meet contract requirements is off the shoulders of people not trained in the reviewing and language process. I love that this system allows agents and brokers to speak to each other in a language they both understand and communicate the needed forms and coverages. The action item graph on the dashboard can be a little misleading because it only shows outstanding and unregistered; it doesn't offer a complete picture. The new dashboard isn't easy to use; it bounces back up to the top each time when you are trying to do a search or a certain view. The time between upload and review can be a little long, especially if there is only one item left to bring a trade into compliance. It still falls within the agreed-upon review time period, but it feels long when it's just one item left that needs a quick look. I dislike the certificate or document view drop down. It's chunky and cumbersome to navigate through to find the document and date you want to look at in the menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
