MyClubAcademy is the modern operating system for sports clubs and academies: one web admin panel for the club, one app for coaches, players and parents, and everything that used to live in spreadsheets, paper registers and chat groups finally in one place. Any sport, your way. Football, basketball and padel come with their own positions, courts and drill designer; every other sport runs on the same engine. Age groups, venues, seasons, packages and fees are all yours to shape, so the platform fits the club instead of the other way round. Attendance in one scan. Every player carries a QR pass in the app. The coach scans it at the gate and the register fills itself, or marks it by hand. History per player, per session and per age group, always up to date. One calendar for everything. Trainings, matches and events, one-off or repeating, each with its venue reserved. Members and visitors can book a court or pitch by the hour on your own booking page; you accept or decline with a tap. Money without the chasing. Subscription packages, admission fees, coupon codes for everyone or for chosen players and groups, payment instructions with receipt approval and grace days. Players are reminded a week before a package ends and renew from the app. Members pay the club directly, on the club's own terms. Everyone in the loop. Announcements to the whole club, to coaches only, to chosen age groups or to named people, each with a push notification. Group chats keep coaches, players and parents talking. AI that works for the coach. Generate a full training plan with the drills drawn on the court or pitch, ask questions about your own club's data, read the analytics in plain language and polish every announcement before it goes out. Reports that answer the board. Attendance, players and revenue per age group and season, plus a printable season report. Five languages, right to left included. English, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish and German, in the panel and in the app. Built in Dubai for clubs everywhere. Free trial for any club or academy. Start in minutes, no card required.
