MyCity App is a municipal application and resident engagement platform from Dreamview, based in Israel. It helps local authorities bring resident information and digital services into a city-branded mobile and web experience. Residents can access municipal information, report local issues with photos and location details, receive updates and alerts, find events and community information, and use links to payments and forms. The platform also supports surveys, public participation and access to local services. Municipalities can adapt the branding, content and service structure to their needs and connect relevant information sources and existing systems.
