The core functionality of MyCheckins works as you'd expect. Both the slack bot and the web app are intuitive and allow for async checkins across timezones. Our team uses MyCheckins for daily standups and a weekly watercooler checkin. The ability to easily customize checkin questions per team and pre-set reminders within Slack make it a very easy but powerful way to sync up with teams through different time zones. MyCheckins is really easy to use and has a pretty straightforward use case, so it's pretty tough to think of specific things I dislike.
